 On Saturday, September 6th at 10AM (rain or shine), the 19th annual Paper Mill Run 5K Race will be held at Historic RittenhouseTown in the Wissahickon Valley section of Fairmount Park. This event is open to all ages and benefits Historic RittenhouseTown, site of North America’s first paper mill. The race attracts several hundred runners and their supporters. The five kilometer course begins and ends in RittenhouseTown using a route through the scenic Wissahickon Valley. Prizes are awarded by gender and individual age categories. All runners receive a race t-shirt and complementary refreshments. Pre-registration is $15 until September 5th at www.rittenhousetown.org. Race day registration is $20 and will begin at 8:30 AM.
