And Now What? 10 Years Of Rascism Is A Sickness Chat and Chew Gathering

todayAugust 31, 2026

Background
Eleven years after launching Racism Is A Sickness at G-Town Radio, photographer, writer, and community-engaged artist Tieshka K. Smith continues #10YearsofRacismIsASickness, her artist residency, with the first of three chat and chew gatherings, “And Now What?”

What do we carry inside ourselves about race? What responsibility do we have for what we carry? And what are we willing to do about it? Through conversation, reflection, and a participatory mask-making and portrait exercise, we’ll consider what it means to move from awareness toward action.

Space is limited; use this link to RSVP by September 8, 2026   https://forms.gle/BXhYVPqngbJUSSyo9
