Bob Deans is director of strategic engagement for the Natural Resources Defense Council and an author of books on environmental topics. He will be discussing the decision by the Biden administration to open the Willow project in Alaska to oil and gas drilling and the recent IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) report on the world’s crisis regarding climate change.
Judith Enck is an environmental policy expert.
