A community meeting to discuss the proposed development of an apartment building at 42-68 Church Lane.

Discover the facts: Review of developer’s variance request for a 200-unit building; Presentation on the zoning and approval process; Insights from speakers on the impact to our community, businesses, historic sites, and Germantown at large; and Explore general strategies to address the proposal.

This meeting will be held at Germantown Friends Meeting House, 47 W Coulter St, on Thursday, May 25 at 7pm.

A second Registered Community Organization (RCO) meeting at which a vote will be taken will be held on June 14th, details TBA.
The Zoning Board of Adjustment will hear the case on August 9th.
