Radio wunderkind George Leroy Tirebiter was a radio star while still a teenager, a Hollywood director in his twenties, and blacklisted in his thirties. The Firesign Theatre discovered him and made him the star of their third album “Don’t Crush That Dwarf, Hand Me The Pliers” in 1970. All this time he’s stayed insanely prolific.
