Germantown Voices: Douglas Rucker

Douglas Rucker lives in his family home in the quaint Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia, and he has no plans of leaving. He loves the neighborhood, but cannot ignore the signs of gentrification; the infiltration of developers and long-time neighbors being forced out of the community.

Rucker says enough is enough, and he has a solution. It involves a stage.
