Umoja Readers Of Germantown
| citing news! GIH is partnering with Umoja House for a monthly book club where we’ll center works by Black and Philadelphian authors. We will meet on the first Friday of every month, from 6-8 p.m., at Umoja House (6338 Germantown Avenue).
Our first meet-up will happen this Friday, August 2, and we’ll be discussing our first pick, “Yellow Wife: A Novel” by Sadeqa Johnson. RSVP below so we know you’re coming! If you need a copy, please get in touch with Umoja House, who has copies for purchase! |
